Happy New Year!

Our team got a special treat last week.

After surgeries, the people in the village of Bafilo were so thankful that they took our team to a nearby waterfall to celebrate.

We wish every single one of you could have been with our team to celebrate. It was such a joyful day!

Here is a personal message from one of our team members, Daniel:

“1 Corinthians 3:6-9 means the one who plants is not anybody special nor the one who waters. For God is the one who brings supernatural growth. Now the one who plants and the one who waters are equally important and on the same team but each will be rewarded for his own worth.

We are coworkers with God. We, being instruments used since the beginning of this year, want to thank God personally, for successful works. Even though every surgery had its challenges they were also covered with joy and testimony. Many are doing the same works but what distinguishes the good and the bad is God’s grace. Most often people always said that our surgical operations are the best with good results. That’s grace. It removes the clothes of disgrace and replaces them with only favor.”

“We do want to thank God for every hand, that includes our supporters, U.S Team, and Togo team. You are all amazing! And the people of Bafilo do appreciate our works and send their hearts of gratitude to the U.S as well for the restoration of sight. Praise God for wonderful surgeries and for wonderful workers.

Happy New Year family as we continue to share in the joy of our Lord and Prince of peace to the world, and his love for the world as well.”
